habitat for divinity
my life is literally a habitat for the divine. not coz i rock (which i do), but because God's presence is so tangible and, well, there. not that i'm complaining. after all, how cool is it to get presents thrown at you all day? and to have on-call tech support 24/7?
at any rate. i know some of my detractors might think 'well, of COURSE you're religious--all these great things keep happening to you!' but that's not true. well, their reasoning isn't true, anyway.
you may be wondering where this spiel came from, and i wish i could tell you. suffice it to say, i've had some very bad circumstances come into my life in the past few months, but God has been more faithful than i can say.
and not only that, he's put some really great people in my path.
and He allowed me to be a copt! i can't say how much of an honour that is. well, not now, anyway. it's 5.44 am, and i have to get out the winter edition of
, which will probably end up being the spring edition, but whatever. at the very least, there's my editorial about the second international coptic conference, which was the bomb biggidy, if i may say.
at any rate, let's hope this blogging thing gets more fun-filled in the coming days, shall we?
