Months, that is.

These, while largely Coptic in nature, aren't only Coptic; neither should they only be important to Copts--or any other Arabic-speakers, for that matter!

So. Here we are. In no particular order, we have...

1- Brutal slaying of the Armanious familiy in NJ (January 2005)

2- The Anti-Arab riots in Sydney

3- The Maharram Bey riots in Alexandria

4- The Odaysat clash this month

5- The International Coptic Conference in DC

6- The appointing of a Coptic governor in Egypt (first in 20 years!)

7- The Muslim Brotherhood's 88-seat win in parliament

8- Hosni Mubarak's passing the buck to governors

9- The Egyptian elections in general

10- The Kefaya movement in Egypt

This is to say nothing of the newest in the recent kidnappings, but we have enough depressing and sad things on this page without dealing with that, so I'll keep that for another time.
