The AntiSocial Take on the Jazeera's Blogging Documentary
If you haven't seen it yet, check out the Jazeera documentary that mentions blogging, protests, and other fun things. http://www.copts-united.com/
They did a good job covering several of the loud voices that are surfacing in Egypt and trying to expose the human rights violations there and turn things around, but I have a concern: for those people who exposed their clever strategies (like the cutie who mentioned how he tricked the cops into leaving his digital photos on the camera).. what next?
Shows like this, while informative, are teaching the police and State Security the strategies that activists are using, leading these clever tactics to (possibly) work only once or twice.
Of course, people can always come up with new strategies, and of course not every single cop out there was glued to Jazeera, watching this documentary, but still.
