My name is Sherif Sale7. I was a student at the Jesuits, having scores of christian friends. I attened numerous weddings in churches. One of my friend's father is a priest who I talk a lot with. I am a devoted muslim and performed the umra(mini pilgrimage). This is not Islam, and I am really offended by the videos. Hani is like any Egyptian martyrs who dies by the brutal Egyptian police. Karim El Shaer was sexually assaulted by the same police because he wanted his rights. Shiites and Baha'i are also tortured. Not to mention normal bearded people. Also people die from torture for non religious reasons like refusal to give up their land or homes for greedy investors.
In arabic, elli 3amalo keda fe hani ma3andohomsh mella wala deen. Islam doesn't call for forceful conversion. The real islam has nothing to do with what happened to Hani. I am not a terrorist. I am a normal human being who believe in god like who and hate violence. Please do not act like the extremists who claim to be saviors of islam.
Hani is a victim to ignorance. My condolences for all Egyptians not just christians.
