It's sad that these crimes happen regularly and our church chooses to be politically correct and not raise this issue on the international stage. We have been silent for so long now, and these crimes are going to pass unpunished, emboldening more crimes to follow. Why don't we do something? Why are Copts lives so worthless in our own eyes? When will we say ENOUGH and do the right thing?
Frankly, our silence simply means one thing; the abducted girls have in fact never been kidnapped, and that they left on their own.
Its not enough to huddle in a corner and cry about our misfortune, a Church which cares about us should speak out the truth as it is, and not become another version of a state controlled institute.
